Parts of Plants for Kids

This video is great for students to learn the parts of plants as well as their functions. The video discusses the roots, stems, leaves, seeds, and flowers. Learn Bright helps kids make connections about the plant parts to their own bodies. For example, the leaves are like our blood vessels, delivering what we need to survive throughout our bodies. They also offer really great visuals for how a seed turns into a new plant.

At the end of the lesson, students will be able to identify the parts of a plant and the function of each part.
