Little Calf and Little Lamb: A Christmas Carol for Kids
In a cozy stable, a hush fell deep, as a little calf and a little lamb lay asleep. The stars twinkled bright, a gentle breeze blew, and a magical night was about to ensue.
The little calf, with its soft, brown eyes, dreamt of green meadows and sweet, juicy flies. The little lamb, with its fluffy white fleece, dreamt of grassy hills and a peaceful, warm peace.
Suddenly, a sound, a gentle, soft cry, woke the little calf and the lamb nearby. A tiny baby, wrapped in a swaddle so tight, was lying in a manger, bathed in soft moonlight.
The little calf nuzzled closer, its heart filled with glee, "This tiny babe is so precious, I just want to see!" The little lamb, with its gentle bleating, whispered, "He's so small, so sweet, he deserves our greeting!"
The wise men arrived, with gifts in their hand, a star guiding their way, across the vast land. They knelt by the manger, their faces aglow, praising the newborn, the love that they know.
The little calf and the little lamb, watched in awe, as the angels sang praises, a chorus of "O!" The world was filled with joy, peace, and delight, as the little baby, brought the world to light.
And so, the little calf and the little lamb, knew that this baby, was part of God's plan. They whispered a prayer, a silent, sweet plea, for the peace and the joy, that would forever be!
