Creating the Basic Cap

- Round 1: Chain 2 (counts as a double crochet), double crochet 6 times into the magic ring. Slip stitch to the first double crochet to close the round. (6 stitches)
- Round 2: Chain 2, double crochet 2 in each stitch around. Slip stitch to the first double crochet. (12 stitches)

- Round 5 – End: Chain 2, double crochet 1 in each stitch around. Slip stitch to the first double crochet. (24 stitches)
