Did you know that today is National Scavenger Hunt Day? Teacher Bryan has a fantastic way of utilizing scavenger hunts in English lessons to celebrate this fun holiday. This particular activity was for an English learning class, but can be used for all classes, not just English. Also, don't think this is only for elementary students. Middle and high school students would also love this activity!
Because this activity will take a significant amount of time to set up, I recommend not making it too easy for students. That way you get your time's worth out of it. I also recommend laminating the cards to future-proof this activity. You could replace the task cards with QR codes students scan to take them to a digital assignment or task. The QR codes will allow you to make changes to the tasks in the future.
