How to be a Hero like Martin Luther King

Let’s wrap the MLK Day the same way we started it, with an encouraging video from Kid President.  He teaches us, that we can all be a hero like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. It doesn’t matter how old we are, where we live, or who we know.  We can all make a difference.  

This video can lead to a really fascinating discussion about what the students in your class can do as individuals or, how you as a whole class or school can follow Dr. King’s example and be a hero in your local community.  Anybody can make a difference!  That is the real reason we celebrate this American Hero.
