It’s Christmas, David is a classic children’s book that tells the story of a young boy named David who is struggling to contain his excitement on Christmas Eve. From the moment he wakes up, David is constantly being told “No!” by his parents and other adults. They tell him not to peek at his presents, not to snitch on his siblings, and not to start opening his presents until it’s time. But David is so excited that he can’t help but break all of the rules.
As the day goes on, David’s excitement only grows. He can’t eat his dinner, he can’t sit still, and he can’t stop thinking about all the presents he’s going to get. Finally, when it’s time to go to bed, David is so excited that he can’t sleep. He keeps tossing and turning, and he can’t stop thinking about Christmas morning.
Finally, Christmas morning arrives, and David is so excited that he jumps out of bed and runs to the living room. He finds a big pile of presents under the tree, and he starts to open them one by one. He gets a firetruck, a new bike, and a lot of other toys. He is so happy that he can’t stop smiling.
It’s Christmas, David is a heartwarming story about the magic of Christmas and the joy of childhood. It’s a story that will be enjoyed by children of all ages.
