Before Gordon Ramsay or any other famous chef, there was Julia Child. The woman who brought French cooking to American kitchens. She made cooking feel less like a chore and more like an adventure. In every episode of her show, viewers learned something new and exciting. Never, had a show like this been done before, yet Julia Child seemed as though she was born to be a TV chef.

This video is a great way for home economics classes to celebrate Women's History Month. Many other classes could use this video too, but I am catering specifically to home ec. classes.
