Nutrition and Brain Development

This video is perfect for an Early Childhood Development class.  It very clearly explains the nutrients required for infant development.  It shows why these nutrients are vital and how they work.  The graphic illustrations of the brain are fascinating and very well thought out.  I highly recommend this video for use when discussing nutrition.  In less than 5 minutes, your class will learn and better retain an entire textbook chapter.
