Hey, I'm Caitlin wax and welcome to Storyline online brought to you by the Screen Actors Guild Foundation. And today I'm going to be reading to you Sebastian's rollerskates written by Xian to do Pratt and illustrated by Francis Riviera. Sebastian didn't talk very much. Even though we had a lot to say. Sebastian was shy. He was very shy. The neighbors would say, My goodness, a batch and you're getting tall and the bathroom and look at the floor, not as head loss. What he wanted to say though, was that someday you'd like to be tall enough to reach every single button in the elevator, even the ones at the very top. But Sebastian didn't talk very much how school the barber would ask wrapping Sebastian and the cape. And Sebastian would look down at his feet, blush and whisper. Fine. What he wanted to say though, was that he loved geography and he knew the names of our way seas, tropical islands and desert lands. When the bomber was finished, he nasa badge. Does your haircut. And in a very small voice batch and whisper time again. What do you want it to say? No. Was then if the Barbara made his head look like a billiard ball, but next time we'll eat or read it. Especially didn't talk very much. Not in the elevator, not a barbershop, not in school. When the teacher would ask him to name the capital Iceland or the capital of Mongolia or the capital roundy. Sebastian would just look down at his desk because even though he knew the answers, you couldn't seem to say anything. Sebastian, who sat in the last row right behind Esther. Esther had curly hair and eyes, the color of honey. Sebastian like testing, never spoken to after school, smashed, always walk to the park. One out. You notice. Schemes, especially never skated before, but he always wanted to try. You waited a few minutes and when no one approach to eat a second, try them on. He stood up very slowly and took careful step. And when we read, he tried again and again. Same thing. Skating is not for me. Smash and thought. He took office gate and put them back on the bench and walked home. The next day, Fashion Marketing park, he saw the states were still there, right where he and left them. Sebastian scratch just knows that right. Looks like no one was around. This time. He was able to stand up and stay up. But when he tried to take a step, he fell. But at least he stood up. Maybe he should take skate. After that, Sebastian wanted to park every day after school. The practice is always went very slowly and carefully. Taking tiny steps until you grab on to something, a lamp post to treat the railing. One theme and try to grab someone's mustache. Smash the state and every time an everyday, a little bit better. But after a week, he still couldn't go very far or very fast. Then he saw some others. As if it were the easiest thing in the world. He sat and sat in a tiny bit heartfelt and then he went home. He was back the next afternoon though. You put the skates on and then just like always, he started to skate very slowly. Just wonderful. It was concentrating so hard he didn't hear the shouting. Dr. Somebody. Suddenly a big dogs space whose basket had to grab him to keep him falling down just than the dogs started to run, and somehow Sebastian managed to hold onto weeks. What happened next is something suppose you could never have imagined. He skated as if he were water still letting gracefully. Big dog. He crossed the bridge of the pond. They cross the path, led to the cross the playground with the swings and even jumped over a ditch where the workers were repairing height. Sebastian kept his balance the whole time until finally the dog stopped running. Dog's owner came over from her dog. That's fashion. Just stood there, get skated through practically the whole park. He could hardly believe it. When he got back to his apartment building, a neighbor was waiting in the elevator who are things fast and then he harassed capacitance, anything starts to shrink because he usually did that. He stopped. His face, brightened out even thinking, Great, I'm learning how to rollerskate. Next day was Saturday, and Sebastian spent the whole morning skating without ever worrying about falling down. He's gay to do the whole part. And even though he did fall down twice, both tanks, you've got it right away and kept on. Smashing, began to worry less, but other things too. When he had to go to the barbershop again, the barber asked how school smashing did not know resides more answer and Louisburg, instead he just opened just now. I know the names of all the most important deserts in the world and where they are from the Saharan. Not to comment. And South America amount that the borrower said in surprise. And this time, I don't want my head to look like a billiard ball. We spatially left the barbershop. He could hardly believe when he had done. He had a lot to say and he'd settings. So now when the teacher asked, like see who knows the names of the tallest mountains in the world needs the basket we put at the end of an answer. Now, co-chair, can Jim Jim. He's done something else you wanted to do them. So one afternoon when he saw Esther, little girl with curly hair, he made up his mind. He didn't fall very much anymore. We skated and sometimes when he had a lot to say, the Senate. So walked over and after and asked with a smile, would you like to go skiing with me? And guess what? Esther was a little bit shy but she did with sperm. Yes. Sebastian went home feeling very happy. He broke his piggy bank branch the store to buy himself a new pair of skates. And he wants the parking return the old Roman. Same ledger here, camp. He thought maybe somebody else who didn't talk very much, even when they had a lot to say. I also like to mention.
