Della Luna, as she found one twin, was small enough for stone, the newness. Wrapping your wings about her. She clutched thin branch, trembling with combed and fear. Luna squeak. By daybreak, the baby back could hold on no longer. Down again. She drums. Stella Luna landed headfirst first in a soft, downy nest, startling the three baby birds who left their stellar on a quickly clamored from the nest and hung out of sight. Love it. She listened to the three parts. Was that flap. It’s hang and by its feet, sharp. She has many, many times that day, mama bird flew away, always returning with food for her babies.
