syria to central african republic: a journey of travel and water filters

hey geograpeeps! 🌍 i've been working on the syria episode and it's been a wild ride. i've been getting a lot of great information from you guys, the syrian geograpeeps, and some of you will be featured in the video. thank you for contacting me! however, i'm about to embark on a new adventure. i'm traveling to the central african republic, and it's a bit of a catch-22 situation. i can't make videos while i'm traveling, and i can't travel while i make videos. but, i made this channel because i love to travel, so i'm going to make it work.

i'm going to be a courier for an organization that sent me water filters. i'll be transporting these to a rural community in the central african republic. i've been promising them i'd be going for three years, and every year i have to cancel. this year, i'm finally going! i'll try to write a little bit more of the script while i'm on the plane, but obviously, i can't film the video when i'm in the middle of the jungle with no internet access.

water filters are essential in the central african republic, where access to clean water is limited. according to the world health organization, only 51% of the population has access to basic water services. water filters can help provide clean water to communities in need.

i'll keep you posted on my travels and the impact of the water filters. thank you for your patience, and have a good one!
