Annette Bening is an American actress. Her career began when she acted on the stage in numerous Shakespearean plays, migrating towards television and films afterward. She is a four-time Academy Award nominee and currently holds a film star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Bening won two Golden Globe Awards for her roles in Being Julia, and The Kids Are All Right. Currently, she is well-known for her 2019 roles in Marvel’s film, Captain Marvel.

Manon Gauthier is a graphic artist whose career as an illustrator began in 2006. Her first book as an author was nominated for the Governor General’s Award for Children’s Literature. When she did not win, she decided to focus on illustrations solely. She currently gives art lessons and workshops in Quebec and continues art with varying types of media, such as gouache, pencils, and paper collage.
