A compilation of our athletes working to get skills in out of season. This is to motivate them to keep pushing to be the best they can be. Coach Jess wants them to know that she is always cheering them on and that they can do it!
Cheer fitness dance is a great way to stay fit and have fun. You can do it with music or without, but either way you're sure to get a great workout.

Junior 3's routine for Non-Building days: 1. Wake up at 7:00 a.m. 2. Get dressed and eat breakfast. 3. brush teeth and hair. 4. Leave for school at 8:00 a.m.
