This video tutorial explains how to calculate the probability of complementary events as well as AND/OR events using the sample space. The sample space is the set of all possible outcomes of a random experiment. To calculate the probability of an event, we need to know the total number of outcomes in the sample space. The sum of the probabilities of all the events in the sample space must be equal to 1.
