Check out this funny parody of What Does the Fox Say, but about being a farmer. Agriculture is an established industry that still has plenty of opportunity for growth. Field and livestock farming are excellent career opportunities that allow students to gain experience while still in high school which translates to a full-time job either in this industry or another after high school.

Dog goes woof
Cat goes meow
Twitter goes tweet
And my phone goes beep.

And the Chiefs go touch down!
Cy goes quack
The Dow goes crunch
And the government shuts down
But theres one sound
That no one knows
What does the farmer say?

Yip Haw

Big blue skies straight corn rows
working nights and dirty clothes
Calloused hands
Working lands
taking care of fertile soil
Your arms are tan
Your legs are white
with a pliers on your side
Next time you eat.
Your Food of your choice.
Listen for the farmers.
Listen for the farmers.

Farmer Derek lives and works on the Klingenberg Family farm and ranch. He works with his Dad and two brothers. They raise Corn, Soybeans, Wheat, Cattle, and Cats. They background all the cattle and then graze them in the Flint Hills and they end up at the feedyards in Western Kansas.
The farm was started in the mid 30's by his grandpa who immigrated from West Prussia in 1923 when he was 9.
Growing up, Derek's family priorities consisted of church, family, work, music, and eating a lot. He now has his own family of three cute girls along with his wife Kara. Derek spends his time working on the farm, dancing with his girls, and making YouTube videos.
